More!!!!

Today I did manage to get to the gym was awake at 6am at the gym for 7.30 did one hour and a half again hopefully i can get up early tomorrow and do the same, my plate came today with the dish i like and and used it at dinner time didnt eat anything i shouldnt of today so thats two days i have been good, lets hope i can keep this up well we will just see,Been to Therapy this afternoon she said i am doing well which is good to hear managed to get to Asda for some strawberries just straight in and out but still i did it,Had Lewis this evening for dinner i always have him on a tuesday its our time together we have dinner shower then play a game and he usually read's his school book to me but tonight he forgot it, shame really because i love to hear him read.Been to Ashleys tonight shes not feeling very well very sick and her RA has started up again she is in so much pain i feel so sorry for her but there isnt a darn thing i can do for her, I just tidied her kitchen for her and helped her pack a lunch for tomorrow shes going on a field trip with school, I just hope its not too much for her.Oh well better go to bed shortly if i am up again at 6am:>)
