Bruised foot,
Today as usual i went to the gym and had an accident with one of the machines i got my right foot stuck in it omg it hurts so darn much i wanted to cry this morning, i couldnt go to the ER as i was in too much pain to drive so at lunch time i text my best friend who lives across the road would she take me to the ER and she thankgoodness said yes, i dont think she realised how much in pain and how swollen it is, so we spent the afternoon at the hospital had an x-ray then went back to see the triage nurse anyway thank heavens it isnt broken thankyou God its very badly bruised so i now am in a bandage and got crutches i am trying to put it down and walk but it hurts so much, oh well no gym for a week or so i am completely gutted.Ashley is ten weeks pregnant today and she is in agony with her RA she can hardly walk i have repeatedly told her to contact the gp and get an appointment i dont know what anybody can do for her but surely something can be done without harming the baby.Michael has gone to Davids with his birthday cards and gifts hes not opening them till this friday not sure why though.We are going to bed now its only 8pm but dh is tired and i am in pain !
