Christmas day 2008

Had a good day today although very noisy and very busy and i ended up totally exhausted by eight o clock this evenng, everyone enjoyed themselves the little ones loved their bikes they were thrilled, the older kids also loved their gifts also,I burned the turkey i am sad to say i also burned the sausage and the stuffing, the stuffing i could re-make which i did but the sausage i threw away the turkey well we managed to salvage some of it just enough for lunch so that was good, oh and i forgot to get the ham out last night so its still in the freezer Oh well ...... i got the most gorgeous of lamps and i only saw it in Fazackerleys about three weeks ago i was in the car and said to Ashley what a gorgeous lamp i love it well she must of told Rodney because he bought it for me and i had no idea at all, kids also bought me perfume which i was thrilled about dvds and my favourtie books Harry Potter, Fern, and Patricia Cornwells latest book love it :) we took some pics of today so i will put them up in a minute, also Rodney wasnt going to be home for lunch.... in 33 years we have never had Christmas apart so i was gutted, around 1.30pm he walked in the kitchen just before i was dishing out lunch i almost threw myself at him you would have thought i hadnt seen him in a year but i was absolutely thrilled that he managed to get home for lunch even though he got called out again at five anyway hes back now and snoring his head off well it is 2.38pm,Hope everyone had a very Happy Christmas andi hope they get everything they dream of in 2009.
