Dads birthday today

Today its my dads birthday he would have been 78 years old, i miss him today just as much as i did when he first died, today i have not bought flowers because mum wanted to do it and she doesnt like loads of flowers on his grave, so i said i would buy them on the anniversary of his death which is the twentysix of this month,

We have just had a chinese for dinner saved me cooking anyway.

Tomorrow i am going to cook a goose if its defrosted by morning when i went in the freezer i thought it was duck until i got it out but anyway its not big enough to cook for Christmas hence i am going to cook tomorrow,

dh is working at 5am tomorrow so we will be going to bed early tonight,

Fell asleep earlier for an hour i am so tired lately, wonder if its the seroquel that i have been taking,

I am only going to take 100mg of zoloft today i am going to reduce my dosage from 150mg, see how i get on AND if i lose any weight by taking a little less.
