We had a lovely time this afternoon we went to Taybarns, it was hubsters Fathers day treat, you can eat as much as you want there some people were continually going back for more, i had fish and salad and chocolate cake, the cake was absolute HEAVEN, Lewis even came back with a bowl full of chocolate buttons, if i hadnt of already eaten chocolate cake i would have tucked into the buttons, I even brought some chicken home for Tinkle ha.

Didnt do much today except a little vacuuming upstairs bit of laundry, went to Ashleys though as Joshua came to play.... how i love that little guy, i cant believe how lucky i am to have three sweet grandchildren,
Tomorrow we are going out for lunch for fathers day we are celebrating a week late as Stuart was working last sunday and hubby was working the saturday, I have been watching tributes to Michael Jackson on and off all day he was an awesome singer and dancer a terrific showman and its so sad that he has died aged 50, I mean thats my age...... what more can i say?

Today was sports day for St Thomas's school they held it on the school field which isnt very far away from where we live, not far to walk :)) We had a great time watching Lewis and the rest of the infant school, the sun stayed out so that was great for us all, of course i took the trusty camera and took loads of pics only thing was i hadnt a clue what i was photographing as the sun was facing us practically all afternoon anyway they werent too bad although a little far away, anyway here are the pics:)

I got up early this morning went to retrieve my parcel from the sorting office then went to exchange the rug i bought yesterday i exchanged it for a bigger one, I am happy now it looks very nice down in the conservatory I also exchanged the clock i bought at weekend didnt like the other one on the wall it was too big the one i have now is perfect for the little wall i wanted to put it on, This afternoon i have to be at the hospital by 2pm for physio on my shoulder dont really want to go but i have to and seeing as its just after 10am nothing else has happened today ha.

Today is Fathers day so i went to the cemetery with some flowers for my dad i picked mum up on the way we stayed there for a little while after i put flowers at dads grave i was taking the old flowers that mum put there in the week in one of the trash baskets while walking past some more graves i saw six people buried there that i knew its scary as two of them were my age:(

We tried to find a friend of my dads grave he died two years ago, When i dropped mum off at home i shot off to the Argos store (the big one) the other side of town for the clock i was after for the conservatory bought it brought it home put it on the wall but its wayyyyyy too big so i am going to repack it and take it back tomorrow.We are all going out for dinner next weekend as Stuart was working today and hubster was working yesterday so we all thought next week would be good:)

Lights

Today i collected the lights i ordered online last night, we had a job to get the box in the car we ended up taking the lamp out of the box giving the box back to the store to dispose of then just bringing the lamp home it was quite funny looking back on it, I also bought a vase that looked lovely in the shop but i got it home put it on the table and i dont like it so hopefully i will take it back to the shop tomorrow and i am hoping i can get my money back, I have ordered a lovely teal rug for the conservatory but shes going to ring me when it comes in next week,

We went to QS factory and we were so disappointed its really changed and all that was in there was rubbishy stuff so disappointing:(

Finished

I bought some new cushions they arrived today,

This is the hallway just before it was grouted,

The conservatory and the hallway is finished Chris did a brilliant job and i just love what he did, he worked so hard he never stopped except for the few coffee's i made for him, anyway this is the finished job. I have just ordered a new lamp for the conservatory i collect it tomorrow I will do that in the afternoon on our way to the next town as Ashley and i are going doing a little retail therapy ha.

Today Chris the tiler came hes already done the floor in the conservatory hes coming back tomorrow to grout them and also to tile the hallway that shouldnt take him long as the hall is only very small,

My Princess

This is Ashley with her brothers she was just over two years old here.

Is having another birthday today its her 26th birthday and i love her more and more each year of her life, shes grown into a beautiful compassionate young lady who has fantastic family values and i am so very proud of her,

Yesterday afternoon Ashley came around with Lucas of course i had to get the camera out and take some pics i got some great shots of him, he just loves the camera ha,

These are hubby's carrots, potato's and lettuces he cant wait to pick the carrots,

its so funny to watch him he checks them every evening when he comes home from work, the lettuce's we have been munching and oh boy are they tasty:) he usually grows tomatoes but hasnt done this year sadly, oh how i miss his tomatoes:(

Today i was up early as i had to go to the post office and collect a parcel that had been delivered yesterday but somehow i missed the postman :( so i went at 9am when the post office had just opened the parcel was something i saw on ebay and had come all the way from America i love it, it looks perfect in my kitchen, In case you cant see it it says :~
